Uber eats India charged me for cancelled order even when I did not asked to cancel it.

The order was placed and they kept on delaying the order. I tried to cancel the order myself, but they said I have to bear all the cost as the order can not be returned. Then one of their delivery agent called and asked to deliver the order. I said go ahead. But still somehow Uber Eats India cancelled the order.
The issue they deny user to cancel the order and tell them they will be charged and have the gut to say we wont deliver it. They deducted the money from my account and refused to deliver the order.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.

I ordered food from MacD on **th Dec using Uber eats app. Restaurant cancelled my order. When I tried to speak with uber eats help they sent me below email:
I ordered ** inch pizza with regular crust and extra cheese. But delivered pizza was just * inch and there was no crust and extra cheese and quality of pizza was also worst.
