Rumandla Subhash filed complaint against Dhani app on Feb 10, 2022
I never used dhani app and never paid for its subscription but on **/**/**** there of was a auto debit of rupees **** from my back account!
I have contacted them many times and they just hung up on me when i tell my issue
One customer executive gave me a assurance of a refund by **/**/**** (Wednesday) and i mentioned him if the refund was not done I'll be complaining on the company and include his name and he was ok with it.
Today (**/**/****)
I got no refund and I have contacted the customer service several times and they have just hung up on me
