Asian Paints - Ignored Complaints

I am using asian paint damp proof for ceiling leakage every year. From * years I am trying to resolve same ceiling leakage using asian paint damp proof. Every year asaint paint gives me some other reasons to resolve it and yet it fails every time. This year they ignored to give me a service and I am facing a lot more issue as compare to last years.
