Make my trip - Ignorance of the selling product

I booked a flight with Make my trip from Zagreb to Leh scheduled on **.**.****,
Zagreb to Dubai with Flydubai, Dubai to Leh (via Delhi) with Air India.
In Dubai it was suppossed to be self transfer.
However, Makemytrip sold me a flight that was physically impossible to reach with self transfer even under normal circumstances. In Dubai, where the self transfer was suppossed to be done, the plane landed almost on time (**:**, *min delay), but when we entered the airport it was already almost ** o'clock (due to plane driving to its parking lot, and later driving with the bus to the assigned terminal; nevertheless these are all normal circumstances). The next flight was scheduled **:**. Since I saw I would not have enough time to pick up my baggagge and go to another terminal to reach the next flight, the moment I entered the Dubai airport I asked the staff what to do. They advised me to leave the baggagge behind and go board another plane because otherwise I would have missed the next flight. I did so, because otherwise, I was said, I would have to buy another ticket from Dubai to Leh, and this I did not want to do, since I already payed for the original ticket a significant amount of money. When I arrived to the gate for Delhi without my luggagge, the boarding had already started. So I had to board the plane to Delhi and later to Leh without my luggagge. I was in Leh without my luggagge for * days. I had no toiletries, nothing, only my personal bag. I had to buy new clothing and stuff and had to call many numbers to get my luggagge delivered to Leh. I was put under a lot of stress due to the described circumstances. Make my trip is advertising and selling something that is physically impossible to reach. I, as a customer, believed when I saw the connection (even when I saw self transfer), that this is possible to reach. Make my trip should know the product they are selling better and not advertise and sell these kind of flights. It is their responsibility to look for connections that are possible to reach. With that in mind I booked through them, othervise I would had bought my flights individuelly and seperatelly.
On the basis of the described circumstances I demand from Make my trip financial compensation for the costs I had and the stress I had gone through.
