IFB washing machine SERENA SX-*.* KG under AMC ,in Pondicherry with your authorized service centre.Sri krishna enterprizes.my contact number:********** &**********. No response for the service complaint .With this i dont find Your product service to the customer is good .you have appointed very worst fellow as your service franchise. I have informed several times to your higher officials.I request you to make necessary steps for my grievances and support for your valuable customers.. take necessary action immediately and reply the action taken for my grievances as early as possible
