సార్ . . మాది ifb వాషింగ్ మిషన్ , మా వాషింగ్ మిషన్ కు amc ( Annual maintenance contrct ) extended warranty నిమిత్తం **- **- **** వ తేదీన **** రూపాయిలు కట్టినాను , అంటే **- **- **** వరకు నా మిషన్ కు వారంటి ఉండగా , * - *- **** న నా మిషన్ కు కంప్లైంట్ వచ్చింది వెంటనే ఆన్లైన్ లో కంప్లైంట్ చెప్పగా రాజమండ్రి సర్వీస్ సెంటర్లో కంప్లైంట్ నెంబర్ ********** తో కంప్లైంట్ రిజిష్టర్ చేస్తే సర్వీస్ సెంటర్ నుండి టెక్నిషియన్ వచ్చి మిషన్ చూసి రాజమండ్రి సర్వీస్ సెంటర్ కు పంపించండి మిషన్ రిపేర్ చేసి ఇస్తాము మీ మిషన్ ఆల్రెడీ వారంటీ లో ఉంది అని చెప్పాడు *-*- **** న వెహికల్ ఏర్పాటు చేసి మిషన్ ను రాజమండ్రి సర్వీస్ సెంటర్ కు పంపించాను తరువాత మూడు రోజులకి సర్వీస్ సెంటర్ నుండినాకు ఫోన్ వచ్చింది మీ మిషన్ రెడీ అయ్యింది వచ్చి తీసుకొని వెళ్ళండి ఎవరికి ఏవిధమైన డబ్బులు ఇవ్వనవసరం లేదు మీరు కంప్లైంట్ ఇచ్చే టైమ్ కు మీ మిషన్ వారంటీ లో ఉంది అని ఫోన్ చేసారు , అప్పుడు వెంటనే నేను వెహికల్ మాట్లాడుకొని మిషన్ ఇంటికి తీసుకెళ్ళిపోయాను ఇంటికి వెళ్ళిన తరువాత మిషన్ లో బట్టలు వేద్దామని డోర్ ఓపెన్ చెయ్యగా లోపల క్రింద బాగం లో ఉండవలసిన పల్లసీటర్ అనే ఒక పార్ట్ అసలు మిషన్ లో లేదు వెంటనే సర్వీస్ సెంటర్ కు ఫోన్ చేసి విషయం అడగగా సోరి అండి మీ మిషన్ రిపేర్ పూర్తి అవ్వలేదు మేము పొరపాటు పడి మీకు ఫొన్ చేసాము మీ మిషన్ లో ఒక పార్ట్ పోయింది ఆర్డర్ పెట్టాము పార్ట్ వచ్చిన వెంటనే మా టెక్నిషియన్ ను పంపి మీ మిషన్ రిపేర్ చేసే భాద్యత మాది ఎందుకంటే మీ మిషన్ వారంటీ లో ఉండగా కంప్లైంట్ వచ్చింది కనుక అన్నారు , ఇదంతా జరిగి సుమారు మూడు నెలలు కావస్తుంది కానీ ఇప్పటివరకూ మా మిషన్ రిపేర్ చెయ్యలేదు , ఈ మద్య నేను గట్టిగా అడగగా ఆ పార్ట్ రావడం లేదు మీ మిషన్ పోయే టైమ్ కు వారంటీ లో ఉండగా మేము రిపేర్ చెయ్యలేక పోయాము కాబట్టి మీరు కొత్త ifb వాషింగ్ మిషన్ తీసుకుంటే **% డిస్కౌంట్ ఇస్తాము అదీ మాద్వారా మా కంపెనీ నుండి వస్తుంది, మీరు మోడల్ సెలెక్ట్ చేసుకుంటే **% పోను ఇంకా మీరు ఎంత కట్టాలో చేపుతాము ఆ అమౌంట్ కంపెనీ పేర dd తియ్యాలి అని చెప్పారు ,నేను ఏ మోడల్ చెప్పినా ఈ మోడల్ ఎవైల్బిలిటి లేదు అని చెప్పి కొత్త మిషన్ ఇవ్వడం లేదు పాత మిషన్ రిపేర్ చెయ్యడం లేదు సరిగ్గా మూడు నెలలు కావస్తుంది నన్ను చాలా ఇబ్బందులకు గురి చేస్తున్నారు కాబట్టి నాకు మీ ద్వారా న్యాయం చెయ్యాలని కోరుకుంటున్నాను
