British Council - Ielts result pending from last 4 months British Council IDP not responding

I gave my IELTS exam on **th April **, the result was supposed to be declared on **th April **.
But, they deferred the result to next month due to the ongoing pandemic covid.
They shared the same reason from may to June , June to July and then assured that results will be declared by **th August **.
Nut nothing as such happened and now there customer care are saying that BC is merged into IDP, and hence you need to follow up with IDP.
IDP is straight away denying for the same by saying that no details regarding me is reflecting in their system.

In a nutshell, both the IETLS exam conducting agencies - British Council and IDP are just ignoring my profile and due to this my career is affected adversely.
