IDFC first bank - IDFC did not pay Infrastructure bond redemption amount

I bought IDFC bonds on November ** , ****.
They have matured now and I want the maturity amount to be credited to the provided bank account.

Bond Holder: Anila Vinod Godre

Beneficiary Account No: ****************
I was told my Omkar that demand draft was sent to my Mother with payment towards redemption of the said bonds.
Please share those demand draft details with me.
Then , I was also told that NEFT has been done to my bank account. But however, I did not receive any money yet.
Please share the NEFT details with me.
With reference to ticket: TK_******_** , I want to raise a mental harassment complaint on behalf of a ** year old senior citizen.
Also, I need all the case and call details to be shared with Consumer Forum towards mental harassment , cheating , fraud of money by IDFC.
