My idea broadband service is not working since **th march, ****. I have done numerous complaints on their helpline number *********** and i was told that their broadband service is affected due to Pune municipal corporation work going on in Pimple Saudagar area and it will be resolved in a couple of days.
But, till now no resolution is done and even their hotline is not reachable now.

They have also sent me the bill for the month of march which i am not sure to pay or not as the service is still down.
