Flipkart Big Billion Days Sale - i will go wherever i have to go against flipkart for my rights

Flipkart has started cheating with its customers. I bought an iPhone ** on the night of **nd, when Flipkart's Big Billion Days sale started, in which it was written that this phone will be delivered to you on the **rd. And today is **th September but still my phone still not delivered. Meaning I had bought iPhone ** online on **nd September but today it is **th September but my phone has not reached me even today. Sometimes it is said that the seller canceled the order. Or ever say that the order will reach you by **th September? But if my iPhone ** is not received even on **th September, then it is very important to take action against them means against Flipkart because it will continue to fool the customers like us. And I want my iPhone ** now anyway. Wherever I have to go for this. Yesterday on **th September I got a call from Flipkart customer care. He said sir, give us * more days' time. Flipkart has harassed me both financially and mentally, so I will do both mentally and financially on flipkart. So I will go above this too but take my product from flipkart I will also make a case against flipkart for mentally harassing me. I am an honest person, so I will not leave flipkart in any condition for its fraud. Sir, now this is a fight for my rights and justice with flipkart and if I had to go to the Prime Minister or Home Minister of our country for my rights and justice, then I will go there too. But I will take my rights. And I had filed a complaint in NCH on September ** at * pm whose grievance number is *******.
