QNET India Vihaan Direct Selling India Pvt Ltd - I was duped into qnet business opportunity by my colleague and now they are not refunding my money

Hi, my colleague introduced me to this business opportunity by giving me false and partial information, despite saying no, she perused me many times and said that I can trust her and we were really good friends - my money is safe and we will grow together into business partners and expand Delhi business and shit with her upline. Since she was a good friend and I trusted her she made me invest *.* lakh Rs. In the business for which they will give me products of around *.* lakhs which were some unnecessary products that too overpriced and no one has ever heard of them. When I enrolled, post attending their meetings I understood that they were making fool of me and wanted me to also to add new members into their chains so that they could make commission and profit. They keep pitching everything as big dreams, false motivational methods and life changing stories of other people. She did not told me about the company name and business model despite asking multiple times and only told partial information and that they attended big events in Malaysia and Dubai and company is big with ***+ countries, people all over the world work here, it is convenient and wfh is possible. I fell into her trap when she made me show pictures and stuff. Only after attending first * meetings post investment, I realised that this was a scam and that I want my refund. After asking them multiple times they filed my refund request within ** days. On **st april I get a message from qnet that my money will be refunded within ** working days. It's been * months now that I still have not recieved my money and the upline is not responding and my friend is delaying the process saying that company is taking time and all that lies. I just want my hard earned money back asap. Please help me here as I feel helpless and need my money back in these hard lockdown time.
