I booked cab twice by adding a stop in between picked up and destination location but my driver was taking me to the final destination avoiding the middle stop and this happened to me twice on that day , I stopped ride in midway and there was no option to complaint in their app
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
