i have turned on autopay on netflix where money is debited automatically every month and this happens everymonth.
Today when i checked my statements it has charged me twice and the transaction was successful all the time
I have the upi transaction record of it .Imagine im more than * year of a customer of theirs and this happens out of the blue thinking we dont check anything and scamming us
I have contacted the customer service they said it was unsuccessful and i should contact the bank and i have also contacted the icici bank they said is a successful transaction and it should be done by netflix
Imagine stuck between all this !!! the only fault i have done is turn on autopay
I have the proofs of the transactions
