I had done train booking from Godhra junction to Bandra Terminus through make my trip trip guarntee wherein i was charged for each member for trip gurantee, the ticket didn't got confirmed, the make my trip is refunding me only ticket charges and not the trip guarntee charges, also they had provided me assurance of provind *x refund of which *x is through voucher when i am trying to use the voucher it is saying invalid promo code.
The company is fraud and cheating public
