Swiggy Bundl Technologies Pvt Ltd - I want to leave Swiggy permanently as a delivery partner

I joined Swiggy and they asked to pay Rs. *** for the bag and they provided * free t-shirt, with that I started working with Swiggy as a delivery partner then I worked for * weeks then on **th December **** I earned *** rupees and they deducted *** rupees. When I raised ticket they contacted me and explained it was security deposit which would be deducted twice in ***s and I wasn't aware of it at all. So, it was a fault in transparency at Swiggy. So I was told I can get the money back when I leave swiggy permanently. So I decided to leave swiggy right then but they are not letting me do that and harassing me since **th December **** and they keep me waiting for entire day then they say " as you are not available or online, we are closing the ticket" without even contacting me as they should that's how customer care service works but and since then they are playing hide and seek with me and harassing me. I want my *** rupees back and I can't work further because they will deducted all my earnings untill they acquire **** rupees from me. I want justice.
