Shamshed filed complaint against Justdial.com on Feb 17, 2022
I'm here to let you know that I took the justdial subscription from Utkarsh couple of month ago.
Actually I know Utkarsh when he was working for Indiamart and he helped me out with Indiamart subscription and after that he used to call me and one day he personally visited to my office and asked to take Justdial subscription and he gave him committment and made me fool and he promised me Justdial is much much better than Indiamart and you will get better calls from Justdial
I asked him genuinely I only want calls not inquiry.
He promised you will get both calls as well as inquiry.
And it's been more than * months I haven't received any call and when I took the subscription I waited couple of days and when I didn't receive any calls I asked him for my refund as he promised.
But he is not giving any response and he made me fool he cheated on me.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
