I have sold digital money i.e bitcoin to p*ay.com exchange due some emergency that exchage give all payments. But PayPal is holding my fund for *** days for there service policy but according to there policy we can’t sold digital money . But I want my money for my grand mother in hospitalise so I took this decision but holding some one payment *** days . I don’t have problem there policy but *** days is too much can you help me in this matter
