Paypal India Pvt.ltd. - The item is materially different from the seller s description of it

I dropped this mail to ---> PayPal Team First would like you to update this seller is selling empowerment's and Magical items on his website https://www.astralmagick.com/ I bought couple of items from his website by reading the multiple benefits/virtues mentioned on the item description links shared for your kind reference. Below important points which I would like to bring to your notice is *) The items received by me are materially different from what was showcased on his websites pictures attached for review purpose *) Second thing in order to attract the customers the seller mentioned multiple benefits the user would start noticing and feeling good after keeping the items with him/her. which never happened this kind of wasteful and non existing thing in the current medical science So I don't find the items authentic and legitimate as well apart from what Items I received is materially different from what was showcased. *) The seller's website has clearly mentioned in its refund and return policy link shared below for kind reference the item can be returned back to the seller within ** days of delivery of the item. there would be ** % deduction as restocking fees of the items and ** % would be refunded back to the customer. website link to read the refund and return policy -->https://www.astralmagick.com/delivery-returns/ when I contacted the seller via email yesterday to let me him know I haven't received the item as described and nor they are authentic and i would like to return the items back to him he started telling me I have to mediate with the items and it takes time to tune to the energies of the item. and it takes time and effort from my side ,A false belief setting/implanting in other people's. *) The seller responded me stating in the terms and conditions its clearly mentioned magical items are non refundable only few items like Keris Blades, Magical stones are returnable A kind of excuse seller making so he doesn't have to abide by his return and refund policy,
