I purchased a course from Byju's IAS of amount ****** I paid **** down payment and rest he taken my consent for loan and I got a tab, but i dont like his course then I requested for cancelation to Byju's support ** days ago.
His cancelation period is ** days.
Now he is harassing me telling contact the person where you bought tablet, but tablet is provided by Byju's company. He is not responding me from last ** days.
I received tab on ** March
And Requested for cancelation on *th April.
He is not refunded my down payment and He is unable to solve the problem.
Pls help
