I have recharged my mobile ********** online in indital.com on **-**-**** through mobile ********** but the recharge is not activated, the amount is deducted from my Indian bank account. When I contacted BSNL costumer care they informed that the pack amount is Rs;****/-hence the deducted amount will be credited back in your account with in seven working days.Unfortunately the amount is not credited in my account till date.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
