Shainy filed complaint against BSNL prepaid recharge on mobile No on Jul 17, 2020
When I recharged on **-**-**** BSNL prepaid mobile number with Google pay with *** rupees pack it was debited from my account but recharge was failed . Again I recharged same pack again it also debited *** rupees from my account it also failed what can I do ?
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
