I recharge my son's mobile this morning with VI(Vodaphone Idea with their app) for Rs. ***/-, and the same was deducted from my account and received a bill from them. But it has not yet reflected or recharged in the son's mobile. I have recharged his mobile to attend his online classes. I'm struggling to meet the ends. I would like your Majesty to look into this matter and kindly do the needful to get the amount refunded. I have been callled to VI customer care for this issue but they are not able resolve my problem and kept on saying wait for * hours its been more than ** hours .
