Magic Pin - I received third grade quality of food

I ordered chicken thali from Hotel Mahadev Akurdi Pune. They gave me only * bones. No chicken piece. Really disgusting thing. It's not acceptable. When I talked to customer support they denied to help me saying we will try to give good food next time. What does it mean. I paid for my food and thet were talking like they are doing favour on me. I want justice. I want my money back.
