Boult audio - I received a damaged new pair of boult earphone

I brought a new pair of boult audio peobass curve neckband on **th july,**** from nykaa. It was delivered on **th july,**** but it was completely damaged and used one. Wire has cut in several parts. Now nykaa is not replacing it saying it's non-returnable even though it's damaged. They asked me to contact brand but boult is also not responding to me. None of them is resolving my issue.
