I purchased a course on * March **** of RS ***. Before purchasing they didn’t mentioned anywhere that this course will not be able to watch on iPad or iPhone (ios). Before that I purchased a course & that course I was able to see smoothly. I mailed them many times that I didn’t watch even a one min of your course bcoz I was unable to. They want that I could borrow an android phone from someone to see this course. They didn’t mention anywhere when I was purchasing everyone was like ha chlega chlega.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
