Instamart - I paid 2777 rupees and ordered instamart but not delivery not refund

I ordered today instamart items... delivery boy called my mom and told time finished cannot deliver....after cut the phone...then we chat with instamart..thay are send me message..I cancelled my order..so cannot refund...stole my money also send to me message I cancelled my order..I didn't cancel my order
