Vlebazaar in - I have to cancel my order I have placed on VLE Bazaar I came to know about their fraud and scam I ca

I ordered two printers from their site on ** April ****.
Initially I ordered HP Ink Advantage **** WiFi Colour Printer - Print/Scan/Copy with ADF Ideal for Home/Small Office costing me Rs ****.
Then I decided to buy a new one and I cancelled the previous one which showed order cancelled and I placed a new order Epson EcoTank L**** A* Wi-Fi All-in-One Ink Tank Printer costing me Rs *****.
When I checked the status of my orders they both were showing order in processing.I tried to call them on their given number but I didn't got response.I tried multiple times and finally some female received my call.I asked her my complaints and she insisted my that they are dispatching both my order on **st April.I told them to cancel my first order but she cut the call.
I became suspicious and I searched online regarding their authenticity.I came to know that vlebazaar is a fake and fraudulent site which is known to scam the customers.
I decided to cancel both of my orders and tried to reach them but no one responded me.
I emailed them on their support email and they sent me support ticket number **B-ZQ*-*VAZ but no one responded.
I tried again and again by calling them and got respone two times but to my surprise after listening to my cancellation complaint they terminated my call.
I got another number from their site which belonged to a male person with name Rahul on Truecaller and I called him and I connected with him on *th attempt.
I told him to cancel my order and he told me to text me order numbers on this phone number ********** we will see in * hrs and he cut my call with out further listening.
I tried to call him again after * hours but to my surprise he had blocked my number.I called him from another number and I told him about my complaints.He replied my very rudely and told me not to call me again and cut the call.
I again called him but he had blocked my *nd number too.
I tried their support number multiple times but no one responded .
I am mentally traumatized by all this scam and fraud.
