Beardo.in - I have paid my money but their site is not showing me any update

On **-aug-**** in the afternoon, i made a order for a combo of * products, i got nothing from them not any update or anything they are saying that contact bank, i called my bank for the information and they are saying that the amount is already successfully transferred to the merchant account but the agent of the beardo company saying that they haven't received any amount from me yet but bank already made me clear that its already there in their account!
