Dhani freedom card - I have paid my all emis still my dhani app is not updated showing i have to pay

First of all when I first start to use app and taken some amount of loan with the app,I was not knowing that that money I am using that I have to pay by * months not in lum sum,they were fooling to us because what feature I was using that has charge of *** of one month for me it means I have taken whatever amount I have to pay in * months means indirectly they were taking ***rs from me,and this concept of dhani,looting to its consumer was giving me mentally pain,then also I thought let it be,it is my fault that I have install that app in my phone ,but now I have paid all my loans in * months but still it is not updated,My all loans are closed,still my money is deducting from my account.i have contacted many times to its consumer care but no response.from past ** days.
