Subramanya Acharya filed complaint against Dhani freedom card on Jan 15, 2022
Hello, This complaint is regarding Dhani app and one freedom card. I have been charged *** without even using the credit money . I jave already cancelled my plan in the app. I have already mailed them about foreclosure of my account. They blocked my account and deactivated my wallet ,but again they called and said that your account and dhani freedom card is still active. As I am unable to open the app now how can I cancel it? It's showing that your prepaid account is blocked and I have tried everything to open it but it doesn't work. So please help me to close my account and cancel everything related to Dhani.
