Dear Customer Service Team,
I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding my recent order of an LG *kg front-load washing machine, placed on October *, ****.
The initial delivery was scheduled for October **, with installation planned for October **.
However, the product was not delivered on the promised date, and since then, I have had to follow up multiple times without any resolution or proactive communication from your side.
Follow-up Timeline:
- *st Follow-up (October **): I contacted customer support and was informed that a technical issue had caused the delay. I was assured the product would be delivered by October **.
- *nd Follow-up (October **): Upon further delay, I reached out again and was given the same explanation. The new delivery date was set for October **.
- *rd Follow-up (October **): Still no delivery. I was told the seller was being coordinated with and the product would be shipped by October **.
- *th Follow-up (October **): Yet again, the date was pushed to October **.
- Today (October **): I checked the status and found the delivery date has now been changed to October **, without any prior intimation.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
There has been no proactive communication from your team regarding delays.
On October **, my cousin stayed home from work to receive the delivery, but no message or call was received to inform us of the delay. This lack of accountability and transparency is unacceptable.
I have now been waiting ** days for a single product, and each time I follow up, I am given the same vague reason and a new delivery date that is never honored. This has caused significant inconvenience and loss of time and money.
I request clear answers to the following:
*. What is the actual reason for the repeated delays in delivering this product?
*. Do you have any escalation or risk mitigation procedures in place for undelivered items?
*. What Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) are being taken to resolve this issue?
*. When will the product be delivered—please provide a firm and final date.
*. Who will compensate my cousin for the loss of a full workday due to your failure to communicate?
*. Why has your team been unable to provide accurate information or resolve the issue despite multiple follow-ups?
I expect a prompt and detailed response addressing each of the above points. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate it further.
