I have chosen to buy airtel wifi, so i had booked wifi through airtel app. And in sometime I got call from airtel representative. He reached to my place and done KYC and I had paid full amount for * months plan. He promised that connection will happen in within ** hours. But they did not install even after week. I made multiple followups with airtel person and airtel customer care in every call they told me installation will happen in next *-* hours but no action on ground. I am real life fed up with this followups and zero support from airtel.
