Hi Team,
I have ordered Wakefit Elevate pocket Spring Mattress with Memory Foam (******** Inch).Its a prepaid order & i have placed my order on **th October & it was committed to deliver by *st November, Now the delivery date got got changed * times. Now my *th Committed upcoming delivery date is *st December. Its been more than ** Days now. No one is providing proper update & After change in multiple delivery dates. When I was asking for compensation for this delay. They were saying, don't have any such policy. but everyday I am wasting almost * hour to get proper update on my order. Kindly help me to get my order delivered along with Compensation.

The mattress was picked up by bluedart on *nd february with AWB *********** and was delievered to wakefit on **th feb. Vicky sharma form warehouse department of wakefit recieved the mattress.
