Toothsi - I have cancelled the plan but still not received the refund more than a year
Svc filed complaint against Toothsi on Apr 30, 2024
I have about to accept the plan ..and paid the advance as well...later the orthos suggested by the toothsi advised me not to take the plan now ..since there are some issues in my teeth nobility.
Hence I cancelled the plan..but still payment not refunded
No customer care person is receiving the call
And no proper response is given by the team.
Its been more than a year
