I have booked a car, the suppose to give full tank but they have empty tank and i filled the Pre checklist in the App and put the petrol for **** Rs and I found after putting petrol they have assigned me a defective car and I spoke to customer service they have another car, but I was not able to fill the checklist, since it is a replacement car, I took photos on my phone.. this was also given with empty tank so I again put petrol and used it when I returned I return the car with **** Rs petrol but they did not process the refund properly but they are asking me to pay around *** Rs after I paid around **k Rs for the trip. They are trying hide the **** Rs petrol I have given for the first car as well as **** Rs for the second card and I have already paid for the entire trip online. I am struggling to reach them over phone .. no response.. I raised the ticket through App it’s been closed continuously without proper response and resolution…for more than four months So we need file case against them
