I had purchased a ballet flats worth of INR **** on **/**/**** and also I had submitted a return request on the same day because of size issue and also ordered same shoes in different size bcz of no online exchange . But till now no any updates regarding the pickup of the submitted product and also I had contacted more than ** times in zara customer care agent to inform this matter but no any updates till April. Still I am waiting for the updates .. I hope!
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
