I had reserved Flight through TRAVOLOOK on **th October, Booked ticket from Mumbai to Madurai. and Ref no. REF*********, after booked ticket after ** minutes i received call from Travolook agent from Delhi she said that Sorry sir your ticket was cancelled due to PNR not able to done so, we will refund your Money INR. **** on within ** days, we will send you mail also , But still days i didn't get the refund from them. i received the mail also by them. and now they are not replying on my mail.
