Fastroly Official - I got completely different product

I ordered a Kurti (Order number FT************, on dated **-**-****, item description= CK-****(*), cod price= ***/- ) and a completely different product has arrived. Their customer care number is fake and they are not responding to the emails or Facebook messenger. I want to return and refund this product as soon as possible. Please suggest the solution.
