Britannia - I found plastic piece in Britannia biscuit

Today I bought * Britannia tiger crunch chocolate chips biscuits. In that biscuit I found black colour plastic piece during i ate that biscuit. So dot continue to ate that biscuit. Britannia is a number one company but it make this kind of mistake ,it reduce customers satisfaction.
