Britannia - False promise and act in front of cheating

I purchased Good Day Cashew cookies *** gm pack as there was a promise of Assured award with every pack, for which I have to scan the QR code and entering unique code given inside of the pack, but to my surprise there was no code printed inside the wrapper. I find it highly frustrating and felt cheated. As I have purchased this item only in hopes of winning some reward. I find this practice of a company with brand value as Britannia highly unethical and against consumer if company is purposely avoiding it's promise, assuming that customer will not act against such type of fraudulent and company my get extra sale. I demand to be compensated against the chance I lost and mental stress I go through.
