Fitternity - I bought a membership through fitternity and it was a scam

I bought one month membership through fitternty app and got subscription code and confirmation of gym membership . when I visit the gym on the first day , the gym guy says there is no data related to this subscription code and they have no connection with fitternity . The number provide in fetternity is not reachable . The gym guy says they cannot do regarding this concern . This is a total scam . Please help me regarding this
