Nikah Forever - i am not getting my refund

i am a physiotherapist working in kuwait,i decided to get marry so i opt for this service and made my profile,they approach me saying be a premium member on **th oct ****.before paying their words were totally different every * matching to your profile preferences will arrange the profiles, once i paid they changed saying we said not daily alternative days. when i asked them why flipping from your words they promised me they do call audit and clarify my doubt because they are claiming that ms.hiba customer call handling female she didnt tell like that, i was okay i left it i asked my preferences profile ms. nausheen relationship manager went for holiday with out letting me know as she gaurantee ill look into your profile and seek the preferred profiles for me.

i have recieved all unmatched, not situatable profiles and this package is for only * months it gonna finish on ** jan ****. so i want soon refund.
i mailed nikah forever for refund they only reply call centre person will contact you but nothing happened and nobody reached me out.


kindly do the needful fotr this case before my package validity expires.
