Nikah Forever - Company not refunding money

I received a call from Nimah Forever in the month of July. The sales person begged me to buy thr package and promised many services. Once I brought the package, the services I received were disappointing. They wouldn't reply to my texts or queries. I complained about this and asked for a refund on **rd July. From then, until now, I'm just complaining, dropping numerous mails and making many calls. There's no response from their side with a refund. Most of the time, they don't pick my call. Even if they pick up the call, they say they're connecting me to the head and hang up the call. From * days, they didn't even bother to reply to my mails. They've stopped the services more than a week ago but they ain't ready to refund my money.
