Each time, the failure was attributed to various reasons—initially a chip defect, then a faulty fuel pump, and later, yet another electronic problem. Despite the vehicle being under warranty, every so-called repair was temporary and the root cause was never addressed, leaving me repeatedly stranded in unsafe and hazardous conditions. After multiple failed interventions by Hyundai’s service centers, the company has now refused to provide further warranty coverage and has demanded I pay **% of the cost for a chip replacement this time when they couldnt repaired they claimed to have found water in some external part, The part that they opened atleast ** times since last year where a common consumer have no knowledge about and would never open that part inside engine— and the vehicle is still within warranty terms. These repeated failures and lack of a lasting solution have made the car dangerously unreliable, put my safety at risk, and caused immense mental distress and financial loss. Nature of Grievance • Defective Product: Chronic and recurring breakdowns indicate the vehicle has a serious inherent defect. • Warranty Breach: Hyundai has failed to honor its warranty obligations, repeatedly blaming the customer after ineffective repairs. • Service Deficiency & Unfair Practice: Forcing partial payments for continuing faults, blaming the customer for supposed “water traces” without credible evidence, and refusing further warranty repairs. • Personal Safety Risk: My life and well-being have been put at risk multiple times due to breakdowns in remote or dangerous situations. • Emotional & Financial Distress: Repeated inconveniences, urgent expenses, anxiety, and disruption to daily life. Evidence/Proofs Attached • Photographs of the vehicle stranded after breakdowns. • Copies of service center job cards and repair invoices. • Warranty and insurance documents. • Correspondence with Hyundai customer support and service centers. Relief Sought I humbly request the Forum to: *. Direct Hyundai Motor India Ltd. to replace my defective vehicle with a new one of equivalent model and specification, at no cost to me. *. Order Hyundai to refund any amounts paid by me for repairs related to the recurring issues. *. Award compensation for the mental harassment, inconvenience, and safety risk caused. *.
