When I contacted their support team, they claimed that my access was removed due to some "inappropriate activity," but they have failed to provide any evidence or valid explanation for this accusation. Since then, I have repeatedly reached out to them, but they keep closing my support tickets without resolving the issue. As a recruiter, I am paying for this course in EMIs, and their actions are causing me both financial and professional distress. It has been several days, and my issue remains unresolved.
