I booked an appointment for HSRP number plate affixation with Order ID MHHSRPDC*****F-*BC*-** for **/**/**** at Kothari Auto Wheels Private Limited, Viman Nagar, Pune ******. Upon arrival, I was informed that they only handle *-wheeler vehicles and could not affix my *-wheeler's number plate. I was advised to find a nearby showroom, which I did not do.
I filed complaints (Complaint IDs: ****** and *****) and received an email stating that the issue was being addressed, but I have received no further updates.
Currently, my appointment is still in the system, I have lost the initial payment, and I am unsure what to do if questioned by RTO officials.
