I HAVE ORDER HSRP AS ON DATED **TH JAN****, APPOINTMENT DATE GIVEN BY ROSMERTA **TH FEB**** BETWEEN *AM TO *.**PM.
I AM WORKING IN ULTRATECH CEMENT BALODABAZAR & BEFORE I HAVE GOING TO RAIPUR FOR HSRP FIXING WORK TALK TO CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER & THEY HAVE POSITIVE RESPONCE.
I HAVE TAKEN LEAVE IN MY JOB & GOING TO RAIPUR & AFTER REACHING AT RAIPUR SO MANY TIMES CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER HSRP CG. BUT THEY HAVE NOT GIVEN ANY RESPONCE & ONLY SAYS PLEASE WAIT. I HAVE WAIT HOLE DAY BUT MY HSRP WORK NOT COMPLETED & HSRP CG SIDE NO GIVEN ANY RESPONCE.
AFTER NEXT DAY I HAVE COME BALODABAZAR & JOIN MY DUTY.
I HAVE ALSO SEND MAIL TO CUSTOMESUPPORT HSRP REGARDING THIS MATTER. NEXT DAY THEY HAVE REPLY ME TO YOUR HSRP IS READY FOR DISPATCH.
