Computer got damaged accidentally. The case involves
*) Denial to give me an estimate to repair a new laptop even after I was ready to pay for it.
*) Denying me the right to get my laptop repaired and asking to buy a new laptop instead.
*) Selling a product to me that HP will not repair and for which the spare parts are not available in the market. I tried to get the replacement motherboard in India.
*) Mental stress due to this financial burden that also affected my work.
*) Financial loss of laptop
*) Forced to compromise my work as I had to buy another computer with lesser configuration since HP denied repairing the laptop.
*) Appellant still paying EMI on the HP laptop. Paying EMI on the newly bought laptop. Financial burden due to EMI's.
*) Due to denial of repairing the laptop Hewlett Packard Enterprise is encouraging environmental pollution.
*) HP service centre faked my signature in the service call report.
