I have purchased HP laptop from Amazon.in
Laptop Purchase date:- ** Oct ****
Laptop Delivery date :- * Nov **** approx.
Laptop was delivered to my brother place and he brought me laptop on ** Nov after diwali.
I started using laptop on ** Nov approx date and found it is not working at all. *) To start laptop it take * min, *) To open my computer *-* min, *) When Click on start * min, *) Google Chrome take **-** secs, *) All application take near about **-** sec to respond after every single command. *) Shutdown takes *-* min.
After experiencing the above issue for *-* time i have called amazon for help and they asked me to reach out to HP Care.
I reached out to HP care and no proper response received, went back to amazon for help. Again i was asked to take help from HP as ** day return policy was over.
I started contacting HP care and not found any proper response after multiple calls they started receiving call and technician started listening to issue. No one was aware that what is the issue with laptop. Every technician come on call after a long wait of min and asked me to update software and window updates.
They also tries doing Window reset for *-* times. And they have done taken time from Nov **** to Feb **** with the above.
From ** Feb to ** March ** i was at my relatives place hence i kept asked to reach out latter.
Again from ** March **** onwards i started reaching out to customer care and technician were doing update. Than i asked them this is not working out what next you can do, they blamed Microsoft OS for the failure and asked me to do Cloud Bot file Pend Drive setup and than to do OS setup. I have run that setup it tooked me *hrs to downliad and * hrs to complete setup - IT GOT FAILED. I called them they told me Sandisk pendrive are having always issue and format pendrive to FAT** & not NTFS and try doing that again. I did it again which tooked **hrs approx and it failed. Again i was asked to retry - i did full procedure, ** hrs approx wasted. Than i called technicain and he asked me to do it via NTFS formatting and try it, ** hrs wasted again. I asked them your other technician are saying FAT** foramtting & you are saying NTFS it is contradictory and he advised NTFS works well. But at the end all failed. I used to wake up whole night to run the setup. I have provided mulitple error log file, snapshot, code error file and they have never reached out to me.
I asked calls from supervisor and he advised me that it is fault of their technician, OS setup they should have not asked me to do multiple time. He agreed to all the failure in their procdure.
I have **+ calls with HP care and *-* time i have asked them to provide me with HP Service Center details if it is near by to my place in ***KM range and they told setup need to be done online only and no service center.
Adding to it, multiple time HP care have tried to close my ticket by saying my number is not reachable, i have provided them with my alternative no. too but they tried to close the ticket and they have closed *-* tickets.
I search on many sites and found one mail id and dropped email. In the mean time i have checked with amazon also to help me with return of product and they advised me to get Denial Letter from HP.
*st time i got reply to my email and informed that they are looking into it from SME and the mail id which i found of service desk they advised me that a lady will call. Before the respective lady call they send parcel man to pick up the laptop - nothing communicated to me on email. I delivered to him and come to know he have come from the place very next to my home, only ** km and we visit that place area many time in last * month - almost **+ times. I asked customer service that why you couldnt advised me before and they were having no response to my any query.
Service desk lady called me and i informed her to provide me with denial letter immediately as my work is getting impacted and asked for payment of rental laptop or standby laptop. She told she will work in my favor and try to help me at the earliest. Its been week with her communication also and not responding to email and just call after * days and asked to provide me bill and when i ask for update she told they are looking into it with technician.
I am honestly so much fad up with HP service that i want to cascade to everyone that dont buy HP products. I have bought * HP laptop and * HP screen. And also have recommended to my colleague regarding the laptop and they have bought it but HP service is very very pathetic.
I want to get my money back + compensation of * month laptop failure & delayed and pathetic service of HP.
