Hi Team,
Please help me to resolve below issue.
I am Kheya, working as a Software Engineer.
I am searching for flat in Hyderabad through Housing.Com mobile app.
Where I found * bhk in "Gauthami iconia apartments".
Mentioned address is "Babukhan Ln, P Janardhan Reddy Nagar, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana ******".
I got an SMS after clicking on contact owner in the app with the number,
"**********".
I messaged him and asked for the details. Then he send some pictures and called me told his name is Shiva asking to send **** INR for booking the flat. I paid him.
after that he send email confirmation after that he told his manager will call me after few minutes.
One more person called me his name Pradeep Kumar and told to visit the property, I need to pay ***** INR, after generating Visiting card he will refund.
I sent ***** INR, but again he told amount mismatch happened, he told ***** INR but I sent *****, so asked me to send ***** again and he is in on call only through this process. I trusted him and send him the money.
After few minutes, he disconnected the call and switch off the mobile.
I got to know that is completely fraud account. I totally paid ***** INR.
Can you please do something to resolve this issue.
I contacted him because i got a number from Housing.Com.Hosing.Com is a trusted app but I lost my money. Please do something about this.
